Project Management from Wellworking
In order to guarantee consistent project success, the Wellworking delivery process is implemented by our Project Delivery Team. Each self contained team consists of a Quotations and Purchasing Administrator, a CAD Technician and is overseen by the team’s Project Co-ordinator.
Supervised by the company’s Directors, the team is responsible for the whole enquiry and delivery process, collaborating with the warehouse and installation teams once the order is ready for delivery. This procedure ensures that all project knowledge is both shared and preserved, and provides a continuous point of contact for all subsequent client enquiries.
