Managing Director:
Luke Munro
As Luke contemplates his third decade in the office furniture industry, as well as Wellworking’s 14th year, his passions still remain design, service and innovation. These three areas remain the core focus behind Wellworking, whether we are supplying a FTSE 100 client with office furniture, a Governmental Department with Ergonomic Services, or a mouse for someone’s home office.

Justin Miller
Justin has been with Wellworking since 2008 and in his role as Sales Director, runs the sales team across the business divisions. Justin is also responsible for all Director level involvement in major project sales and brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked in the interiors industry sector for over 16 years both here and in his native South Africa.
A massive sports fan, and more specifically a fanatical Springbok supporter!

Pat Wiek
Pat heads up the Business Development function for Wellworking. Pat brings a wealth of experience to the business, having previously worked in A&D and Business Development roles at Dynamobel and Herman Miller.
Pat previously worked in advertising, as well as an English teacher in Japan. Pat gained a BA in Marketing at Southamption Solent University in 2002.
Pat’s big passion is football, being a player manager at Fleetdown United in the South London Alliance League.

Leanne Stretton
With a career spanning 17 years within the Commercial Office Interiors industry. Leanne joined Wellworking in 2005.
With experience working in all aspects encompassing manufacturing, logistics and specification sales and has managed large corporate accounts including Haworth, SAB Miller and many more.
She now supports the contract division with take offs, product selection and specifying, presentations and processing of contract orders.

Ergonomic Services:
Kirsty Angerer (Ergonomist)
Kirsty is an energetic, creative and self-motivated person with a ‘hands on’ approach who responds quickly to any challenging situation. Kirsty graduated from Loughborough University with a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Ergonomics and is Wellworking’s newest recruit as our resident ergonomist. Kirsty’s interest in ergonomics centres around product design and helping people understand how their bodies work in relation to the product they are interacting with, before they get to the stage of being in pain.

Gerhard Schmikl
Based in our London office, Gerhard heads Wellworking’s Operations. His primary focus is on customer service, logistics, warehouse/stock control, servicing of chairs and business processes for Wellworking. With 8 years experience selling and the know how in technical aspects of chairs both domestic and commercial, Gerhard can help solve any seating problems, and makes sure your order gets to you on time.

David Jones
David is a late arrival into the office furniture business, having spent 17 years with Xerox and 18 years with Hitachi. His main activities in both companies being Inventory Management and Logistics, culminating in being responsible for Inventory/Distributor Operations across Europe.
David believes that Service Level and Customer Satisfaction is paramount and 'Get it right first time' is his motto. (by the way, he plays Tenor sax too)

Rupert Reynolds
Rupert has worked for Wellworking since 2011 and has quickly developed good knowledge of products and ergonomic principles . He is particularly focussed on customer services using his previous experience in office clearance and removal company in a client facing role.
Rupert enjoys playing and watching tennis as well as supporting his beloved Chelsea Football club.

Artur Szmuc
Artur joined Wellworking in 2012 in client services and has quickly become a valuable member of the Wellworking team, ensuring goods are delivered on time and managing quality control.

Paul Simons
Based in Edinburgh, Paul heads Wellworking’s Online sales. His primary focus is on the website and retail sales of Wellworking and looking after Wellworking's Scottish clients. With 15 years experience in both domestic and commercial furniture, Paul can help offer the right advice on product selection for both home and office requirements.
Paul is a keen motorsport enthusiast, following the BTCC & WTCC and is a Wycombe Wanderers (Chairboys!) supporter.

Beata Dulko
Beata has worked as office administrator since 1999 both here and in her native Lithuania. Her main role in Wellworking is processing online, office administration and sales support. She is also our multilingual customer service support, and is fluent in Russian, Polish and Lithuanian.
