As I’m currently suffering from back problems, I was very pleased with Wellworking, as the staff were extremely knowledgeable, and very interested in selling me the ‘right’ chair, rather than the chair with the highest price. The trial version of two different chairs enabled me to determine which was the most suitable to assist with my back problems – this resulted in me purchasing two of the Herman Miller range for home and work offices. I can’t rate the staff highly enough for their personal service and understanding of my specific needs. If only more companies were as customer focused as yourselves – purchasing would me a more enjoyable experience!

I was very impressed from start to finish. The sales person I spoke to when I placed the order was very helpful and friendly, as were the people who delivered it (16 hours after I placed the order!). They arrived bang on when they said they would and were very well mannered and again, helpful. All in all, service of a standard that I think is rare to come by at a price that's very competitive.
I thought it was particularly fast which is pretty impressive given the delivery constraints I typically encounter in W1. My sales rep was especially good from both technical and personal perspectives. I appreciated the ergonomic expertise my sales/delivery rep had as well, he really took time to explain things really well – not just about the chair but about posture and eye positioning on screens.
