Conditions of Entry
1. The prize is a RH Logic 400 ergonomic office chair with arms, neckrest in your choice of Gabriel Comfort fabric. This chair retails at £1090 including VAT.
2. Tailgate delivery within the mainland UK is included in the prize.
3 Delivery of the chair may take up to 6 weeks depending on colour choice.
4. You can enter only if you are a UK resident, aged 18+. Employees of the Wellworking or SBS seating, their families or any agencies or persons connected with the promotion may not enter.
5. When entering this promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these rules and agree that if you win, we will publish your surname and county of residence.
6. You must provide your full name, address and daytime phone number upon entering. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.
7. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited.
8. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the closing date.
9. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final.
10. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
11. We reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control.
12. If we do not hear from the winner, after contacting them, within a month of the closing date, we will offer the prize to a runner up or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
13. We exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of a prize.
14. This promotion is subject to the laws of England.
