Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to return undamaged goods, without giving a reason, within 10 working days after the day of delivery. You must simply return our goods undamaged to our warehouse, and we will repay you in full for the products within 10 days.

Wellworking will carry out warranty repair work at Unit 18 Alliance Court, Alliance Road, London W3 0RB, and are not responsible for the collection or return of product.

This does not apply to furniture that has been ordered by our clients to a bespoke specification, or to any computer software, both of which can only be cancelled within 24 hours of our emailed order confirmation to you. Please see our Terms & Conditions for fuller details.
