Environment

The HAG H09 is produced in an environmentally friendly way for an environmentally friendly purpose. Both the production process and the choice of materials satisfy the most stringent environmental requirements. Easily replaceable components that are few in number result in a product with a long service life. The plastic components are labelled by type for at-source-sorting.

Guarantee

HAG offer a 10 year guarantee on all chairs upholstered in HAG Total Colour (HTC) Standard fabrics and leather against material defects and manufacturing faults from date of production.  The guarantee covers all necessary replacement parts for repair. Labour and transportation costs are excluded.  HAG also provides a lifetime guarantee on gas lifts.
