The ErgoRest Armrest is designed to provide support to the users forearm thereby helping to reduce muscle strain & fatigue from the shoulders. This assists in reducing the pressure to the wrist. ErgoRest is simple to attach, clamping to the front of your desk and adjusting to suit the user for a range of work tasks.
