Aeron Work Stool
The Aeron Workstool provides all the support and features of a desk height Herman Miller Aeron chair with its Pellicle suspension, Kinemat tilt, and PostureFit options. The work stool matches the Aeron work chair's performance; the stool is available in one size – the equivalent of a B size Aeron task chair.
The height-adjustable Fine-Tune footring moves up and down with the seat pan; once properly adjusted, it is always at the right position.
The Aeron Workstool is suitable for high-benching 86cm or higher only - for standard, desk height Aeron chairs please see our Fast Aeron chairs.

Bill Stumpf
Stumpf's association with Herman Miller began in 1970 when he joined the staff of the Herman Miller Research Corporation. After establishing his own firm in 1972, Stumpf created the Ergon chair, the first ergonomic work chair. Later, in collaboration with Don Chadwick, he produced the groundbreaking Equa and iconic Aeron chairs. He also was principal designer for the Ethospace system.

Herman Miller’s Aeron chair appears in the December 2008 edition of GQ magazine, in a feature focusing on the 100 Best Things of the Past 20 Years. Taking a full page, the article ranks Aeron in 54th place, among a number of luxury design items selected from 1988 to present day.
