Environment

The chair is manufactured from a small number of elements. These are recyclable materials which are easy to disassemble and replace. The black back of the HAG Sideways meeting chair is made from recycled material. HAG is registered as an environmentally aware business under the EU EMAS.

Guarantee

HAG offer a 10 year guarantee on all chairs upholstered in HAG Total Colour (HTC) Standard fabrics and leather against material defects and manufacturing faults from date of production.  The guarantee covers all necessary replacement parts for repair. Labour and transportation costs are excluded.  HAG also provides a lifetime guarantee on gas lifts.
