National Success for Wellworking at Online Retail Awards 2016

Online Retail Awards 2016

Wellworking has won the 2016 Online Retail Award in the Office and Workplace supplies and services category.

Wellworking was one of 22 category winners at these prestigious awards, including Tesco, Halfords, Endsleigh and Jack Daniels, who were all judged to have delivered great online retail sites.

“We’re so proud that the judges have recognised Wellworking’s online store as the best place to go for office and workplace services,” said Paul Simons, Online Director at Wellworking. “Before we relaunched our website, we began by asking our customers what would make it better. As a result, we now offer more products, faster delivery and easier payment methods, so this success is thanks to them, and to our great team at Wellworking.”

The 2016 Online Retail Award is the third national award that Wellworking has picked up in the past year. Most recently, Wellworking scooped the Customer Focus Award category for SMEs at the prestigious UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2016.

And in October 2015, Wellworking was recognised for its innovative approach to customers with the Best Customer Focus Award at the 2015 Best Business Awards.

“At Wellworking we work with an outstanding range of suppliers, designers and architects,” said Luke Munro, Managing Director of Wellworking. “Our website brings together quality products, expertise and outstanding customer service - the three key ingredients which help us to deliver excellence.”
