Wellworking provides an award-winning delivery service for larger items (i.e. chairs, desks, tables, sofas etc.) for all mainland UK addresses free of charge (installation / assembly of desks onsite is optional and chargeable) - all chairs are delivered fully assembled and ready to use.
This service is provided by our own, fully trained staff and in one hour time slots. We remove all packaging and take it away with us for recycling. We are also offering a virtual user training and set up service if requested (contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your require this service).
Wellworking does not ship or sell any items outside mainland UK addresses (Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Guernsey etc.) due to the bulky nature of our products.
Chairs, desks and larger items are delivered without a box / packaging. This is to reduce waste as part of Wellworking and our suppliers drive for better sustainability by reducing packaging - many manufacturers now only supply products with zero packaging only.
Deliveries of larger items to more remote areas (i.e. Highlands) may take a few days longer, but are still at no additional charge.
Smaller items (i.e. monitor arms, mice, accessories etc.) are sent via courier and must be signed for on delivery. Tracking numbers are available so that deliveries can be tracked every step of the way.
Wellworking only sells brand new, original products direct from our manufacturers and is an Authorised MillerKnoll retailer.
Any product purchased online can be returned only within 14 days of delivery for a full refund for any reason. Please note returns will not be accepted after this period.
Original packaging is NOT required for returns as we use our own team for delivery and collections.
Wellworking offers free collection for all items being returned from UK Mainland addresses.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method once the item has been returned but it can take 3-5 working days for banks to process this.

All warranties are automatically applied by Wellworking and there is no need to register your product with the manufacturer.
Please keep your proof of purchase safe (it's easier for us to locate your order with the invoice or web order number) and, in the unlikely event a fault occurs, contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a service visit or replacement.
